Charrington Way Play Area Project

Following the recent tendering for the Charrington Way recreational space redevelopment project, received bids were evaluated. Due to no bid meeting the required scope, the Parish Council withdrew the tender and is now seeking to tender for the project in 2 phases. The first phase, a new off-site kick about zone to enhance the sports provision, funded by Section 106 money and earmarked reserves, will be tendered shortly.

A further recreational space, with access improvements, will follow as a second phase, funded through earmarked reserves.
