Warnham Bridleway temporary closure

WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL

(WARNHAM: PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO. 3647)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021

 

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than seven days from the West Sussex County Council intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit persons from proceeding along a length of Public Bridleway No. 3647, from (TQ167333) southwards for a distance of approximately 990 metres to Robin Hood Lane (TQ165324).
 

The Order is necessary to protect public safety to allow new sewer pipeline installation.   

 

Unfortunately there is no alternative route available using the Public Rights of Way network.

 

The Order will come into effect on 22 February 2021 and will last for 6 months or until the Public Bridleway is safe to reopen whichever is sooner.
