Whilst there are no changes to the tier 2 restrictions in West Sussex, we appreciate there are changes in the new restrictions over Christmas period. Some main points to think carefully about when meeting others are:

  • If you do form a Christmas bubble it is advised you still maintain social distancing, avoid physical touch and clean hands and surfaces regularly. Allowing fresh air into the space you are in is also important.
  • If you don’t feel comfortable spending time indoors, you could spend time outdoors including a walk, or using technology to connect with one another.
  • It is important that you do not feel pressured to celebrate Christmas in an environment that makes you anxious.
