New Speed Indicator Device

We are pleased to share with the village that we have installed a new Speed Indicator Device (SID) along Billingshurst Road. This device was purchased using Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Funds that were received from the local new developments to help fund and support local infrastructure.

It is a mobile device, therefore can be moved and positioned in various locations.

The aim of the device is to prompt drivers to correct and lower their speed as an effective speed calming solution.
